Arcade expression producing extra space in output

Hello,

I am trying to create an label expression to show street names, where if there is not a direction prefix (st_predir), then it ignores it and creates the label with the name (st_name) and street type (st_postyp).

It mostly doing what I want, except blank space appears at the beginning of the label when the st_predir field is empty (see below).
