Do you have any Marketplace apps added to your organisation?
Does this happen in all browsers?

Do you have an Insights licence assigned to you? What happens if you remove the licence?
Does this happen for other users in your organisation?
It might be worth contacting the Tech Support team for your region - there might be a setting on your account that needs to be changed.
