agol problem

Hi all

I have activated AGOL for mine organisation. As I have one arcgis editor license. And arcgis basic 4 licenses. I want to know that I don't have AGOL login for basic viewers. So how can I add them to my organisation list. Do the user's have to create the logins themselves or I can create the logins for them. And how can they use that organisation  account.

As the link given to me by esri using that I have created the organisation login I'd and pasword.

Me can login but how can basic viewers use that  AGOL account .

Hello,

Check with your customer service representative regarding how many users were added to your organization. If all 5 users have been added to the organization, then you will need invite the members to the organization as outlined in the following help topic: Invite and add members—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

You can choose how you will create the logins, which will determine if the users need to create them themselves or whether you provide them with a username.
