is anyone else having performance issues with AGOL this morning (UK time), i notices that one of our notebook tasks started to fail yesterday afternoon so i suspect it might be the start of the performance issues similar to a few weeks back
it seems to be across both US & EU hosts
Anyone have the same issue again today? 😞
Yes, we've seen similar issues this morning. Recent performance has been pretty dreadful. I'll raise another ticket but I think we all need to do the same and ask Esri for an explanation for why the system has been so unstable recently.
yea we raised another ticket too, the last two were all linked to two incidents but i can't find out any details one them.

Same again today!
One of our users reported some slow performance this morning but I have to say that my own experience has been ok this morning. I've raised it with Esri again though in response to one of our tickets being closed from yesterday.
With regards to recorded incidents I have the following:

INC-003373: Intermittent performance issues in ArcGIS Online - 17th July
INC-003398: Intermittent performance issues in ArcGIS Online - 18th July
INC-003417: Intermittent performance issues in ArcGIS Online - 22nd July
Might be worth others posting any other incidents that they have been attached to in the last month as I wonder at what point Esri would be falling short of their service level agreements. We have 6 cases raised on performance since the 26th.
Yes @AnthonyJonesRSK, we have a similar timeline to you and were also wondering about the ESRI conforming to their SLA .
