Has anybody else noticed that ArcGIS Online/ArcGIS Hub is going down around the same time almost daily? Last week, we noticed a FEMA layer that is usually always working threw an error that it could not be added to the map. We went to the FEMA site to re-add it to our web map and their web map was stuck loading. This was around 9:30 AM MST. Then, I checked our ArcGIS Hub site and it was stuck loading. This made me check our neighboring municipalities' hub sites and hub.arcgis.com and all of them were slow to load or stuck loading. This has happened a few days now in the past week, all around 9:30-10:00AM. Everything comes back up within about 30 minutes after we notice AGOL is acting funny.
Portal has been acting normal.
Last week, the ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard indicated there were performance issues, but since then, everything has been reported to be operating normally. Has anyone else been experiencing this?
Other than the AGOL update last week that took everything down for a brief moment, I haven't noticed issues with it.
I have noticed 'Chat' Support being down multiple times in the last few weeks... it usually lasted all day long.
I would suggest getting in touch with your local Esri Distributor and ask them to investigate this further for you
