Adding a geo-referenced image file to a ArcGIS online web map

I have no idea if Esri has any plans to allow users to add geo-referenced raster imagery from a file like we can do in ArcGIS Explorer but I'm hoping they are. If you agree, please vote at the following link on the Ideas site.
