I have an existing AGOL view on a feature layer.

I've added some new fields to the feature layer. Now I want to add the fields to the view. How can I do that? I don't see an Add Field button in AGOL > Data > Fields.

I don't want to delete and recreate the view because there are privileges set up on the view that I couldn't recreate myself because I'm not a GIS admin.

From the view's item page, go to settings, and update the view's definition.  It lets you redefine which fields are visible, whether there's a filter, etc.

Here are some more detailed instructions from a colleague, for anyone who's interested:

Use the "Update View" option on the Settings tab of the View Item Details page.

Go through the wizard to choose the layer, then select the fields...
