add content: kml <-- not working

i have a kml file that is about 2.6 mb.  everytime to i go to add content it uploads and when i go to my content to check it out at arcgis.com i get:

'The "project", is not available or cannot be added to the map.'

I thought kml was supported now? anything I am doing wrong?

I'm assuming adding KML's from 'my content' to any of the viewer's basemaps is still not functional? 

When trying it simply continues to load until prompting me to abort the script.

It's working... I uploaded a KML file to my Content, then clicked Open  from the item details page. There may be a problem with your specific KML, perhaps you can share it publicly on ArcGIS Online.
