Account expired

Some of our users get the message that their account is expired when they try to connect to arcgis.com.
It happens when they did not connect for a (long?) time.

Anybody seen, solved that?

Looks like that a second try allows a connection but still there is something strange here

it seems like when they created their account they may have signed up for a 30 day trial subscription for an Organizational Account. These trials do expire. They do have the option to convert the trial to a free, public account. The will need to do this from the My Organization page.

No, they created their account on invitation from our Organization.
They are part of our Organization and accounts are still there.

Can you provide the exact account name they are using to sign in?
I don't know how they would be seeing an expired account message. This is tied directly to a subscription. Is your subscription a trial that is expiring? You can check on the My Organization page, View Status option.

This happened to me last October. We ended up calling billing support and they were able to fix it. Still weird that it would occur to some users and not others.
