Currently, to add or update data to a Hosted Feature Layer, one must upload a file (.shp, .csv, .fgdb, etc.) using the Update Data tool. In my workflow, the data to be added is in a separate Hosted Feature Layer, so, in order to add it to another Hosted Feature Layer, I must first create an export file, download it to my computer, and then re-upload it using the Update Data tool.
Instead, I would like to Update Data directly from another Hosted Feature Layer
