Update Add (layer) to include URL in the Map Viewer
Currently in Map Viewer if you click the large Add button, you are unable to add a layer by URL.
Why is URL missing? It seems in Map Viewer depending on the Add (layer) button you click, gives different functionality. Please update all Add options to include all layer types.
In Map Viewer Classic it was simple click Add and select the layer type
The Add button defaults to browsing for layers already within arcgis online. If you instead click the dropdown arrow, you'll see the same options, as @jcarlson posted via the plus button.

Thank you for showing how to get to the Add layer from URL. My idea is to simplify the process. So in the new map viewer if you click any of the Add buttons, you get the same results and can easily add your layer.
In Map Viewer Classic it was simple click Add and select the layer type (just two mouse clicks), there was no need to remember which Add button to click.
