Sometimes, you have do for example of `count` of polygon feature class A, polygon feature class B and point feature class C within the same polygon say Polygon 1 and you want the counts (as well as area and statistics) in one feature class as well.

So, in such a case, you have to run the tool multiple times (leading to several layers created in the middle first for polygon A count, then for polygon B count), before the getting all the counts (including area and/or other statistics) in one feature class.

It would be nice to have an option to summarize multiple layers at the same time along with having the option to set output field names as well.

I would love the ability to set 2 or more 'Input Summary Features' in the Summarize Within tool. I have 2 polygon layers that I want to summarize where they intersect one other polygon in a separate layer. Particularly in ArcGIS Online map viewer - I have a user who expected this functionality and it makes sense that it should be standard.

This is a great idea — having to run Summarize Within (or similar tools) multiple times just to combine counts and stats from different feature classes definitely adds extra steps and clutter. An option to summarize multiple layers at once with configurable output field names would make the process far more efficient, especially for common workflows like environmental analysis or land use planning. +1 to this enhancement request.
