I like the Splash Screen Widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Online to inform users about urgent problems or planned maintenance.
But since we run more than one app (and some services - like basemaps - are used in several apps) I have to set up a Splash Screen in every single App at the "maintenance day" ... and when the service works are done I have to remove the Splash Screens in every single App.
It would be very useful if I just could generate one message like "today we are doing some planned service" and this is shown on every App from our organization the users access. So maybe a general Splash Screen to turn off and on in the organizations properties for administrators.
