Select multiple layers in a Map

Dear Esri Team,

Could Esri enable users to select or deselect multiple layers at once? For instance, if I have 10 layers in my map on Portal or ArcGIS Online and only want to make 2 layers visible, I currently have to manually deselect the other 8 layers. Other applications, offer this functionality, and we believe it would be a valuable addition for Esri users as well.

Example: Take your File Explorer as an example. You are in your folder and want to select multiple files at once, you hold (on Windows) down Ctrl+shift or Ctrl to select multiple layers. This functionality is what I am looking for.

This feature has also been requested by our customers and would greatly streamline workflows for many users.

Currently we only have a hot key for turning all layers on/off. Thank you for the feedback!
