My company publishes news at fixed and planned times, mostly in the night. Switching the settings of ArcGIS to 'public' is mostly done the day before, but we cannot do that for sensitive data. Waking up in the middle of the night to switch the settings of the sharing is neither a very robust idea.
Can we schedule the publication of the (story)maps, so that they appear open at the same time as the joined news-article?
