rollover credits

It would be nice to see esri adopt the concept of rollover credits for arcgis online and their cloud.  Much like mobile phone plans that allow you to carry over minutes and data from one month to the next, rollover credits would carry any unused credits from one year to the next.  I think it would help ease the fear of the credit system and provide more incentive to start using those services.

Hear hear, as I found this out the hard way this weekend when I lost 700 credits that did not rollover.

In two weeks I will lose 5000 credits, granted we didn't use them in two years time, but they shouldn't just disappear.

Yes, especially additionally purchased credits. These should not expire ever.

Purchasing a digital currency should never expire. 

Funds in your bank account do not expire, why do purchased credits?

If find this especially troublesome since there is no way of seeing what number of credits will expire and when.
