I would like the ability to reorder basemaps in the Basemap Gallery Widget of the Non-Dev WebAppBuilder application.

The above thread says that this was not possible back in 2015. This would be very helpful so you don't need to delete all your basemaps if you want the most current basemap (added whenever you image services are available) to be first in the list as you need to add the most current basemap first and then the remaining basemaps that were already there.
