Remove WMS sublayer from layer list in Map Viewer

In the new Map Viewer, we should be able to add a WMS and then remove WMS sublayers to keep only those that are relevant for the current map.

This should be possible in ArcGIS Online as well as in ArcGIS Enterprise.

It's already possible in ArcGIS API for Javascript where we can add from a base URL and then select sublayers to add to the Map.

It also seems impossible to remove individual sublayers from an ESRI REST service (ex: Map Image Layer). Please add this too.
