There is a Terrain Profile tool in Experience Builder, but a tool similar to the Temporal/Dimensional Profile tool in ArcPro where you can create a profile- either by freehand drawing or feature class - utilising imagery data with point, line or polygon data
An use case would be a profile through (non - Terrain) data - such as air quality along a road.
