offset points in map viewer

It would be extremely useful to be able to easily offset points in map viewer. We often work with related spatial data with the exact same geometry. A work around is to use AGOL assistant to manually change the X and Y offset values in each symbology class, but we cannot find a way to do this in map viewer.  We would also like to be able to offset by an attribute like you can with transparency and rotation.

I agree this need - good example is streetlight and poles. Typically both are located in excactly same coordinate but for lights there is attribute value for offset (arm length) and direction which would be nice to have affect in symbol location. Similar as currently symbol rotation that affects on symbol based on attribute value in data.

AGOAssistant does not help in this as in typical case single pole has two lamps that are located on different sides of pole. So it can not be systematic offset - it must be variable based on data as I can immediately see a case where I have one pole and two lamps so three points lies in same xy.
