I have created a layer group. These layers are set to display only one layer at a time.
Under each layer group, I have other sublayers that I would need to set up the same way. Unfortunately, the functionality does not yet allow this.
In the desired result, only one of the selected layers or sublayers should be displayed automatically. See the attached image.
I believe that you will comply with my request to adjust the unique display for sublayers as well.

I think a better title would be "Nested Radio Buttons in group layers", like what ArcGIS Pro has.

@AlfredBaldenweck  Okay, thanks for the suggestion. I've edited the title of the idea.

@SSWoodward I request a reaction from ESRI.

Thank you

Kind of like when selecting Airlines on SkipLagged you have an "only this" option next to an item in a list? To conveniently turn on only one layer?  I suggested something similar a few times stretching back to 15 years ago. As well as partial state checkboxes (this would be required for the group parent, to indicate and communicate to the user, that only one of several layers are on)  As well as other layer list UI enhancement  (for example I added 'metadata' boxes to the LayerList - see example at www.sagis.org/map (code-kevinsagis/EnhancedLayerList) and click the '...' Layer Details next to a layer and a jQuery box grabs the layer details from REST and puts into a box)    This radio button idea is a great idea.   Frankly, you will probably have to code it yourself. I do wish that basic plumbing like this, useful to almost every customer at some point, gained traction.  Layer list is one area of imortance in particular.  Furthermore, additional issues were introduced at 4x.  I advised against ditching the well-understood checkbox for the "eyeball" to no avail. It's an option in Exp Builder but I would favor making the checkbox the default and the eyeball the option. So people know what's on; without needing to hover over layers.

@Kevin_MacLeod
Thank you for your comprehensive response and your tips.
Can you support my idea? Even though it probably won't be of any use 😞
Thanks.
