It would be great if you could allow the Administrative Privilege's role to not only manage "all" licenses but also be able to pick a certain license. For example, I want John.Doe to be able to only grant ArcGIS Tracker licenses. Currently, if John Doe has the role to manage licenses he could swap out users for InSights, ArcGIS Business Analyst, AppStudio, Community Analyst and Pro (Basic, Standard and Advanced) along with Extension.
