3D reflective water styling in Scene Viewer, the ArcGIS API for JavaScript, and ArcGIS Pro is an impactful visualization capability that helps distinguish water from other features.
Currently, it requires a polygon feature layer to style with 3D water styling- which, is surprisingly hard to come by. I've gone so far as to screenshot the topographic basemap, and use Imagery analysis to pull a polygon from that basemap.
Is it possible to expose the vector basemap water data in a way (as feature layer) that helps authoring scenes with water features and supplement existing 3D data like the OSM buildings or other sources?
