At the moment not all item types within ArcGIS Online are searchable/discoverable in the 'Content' section. Even with full administrator accounts several items like ‘Code Attachment’, ‘SQLite Geodatabase’ & ‘Map Area’ cannot be searched for or display under the owners 'All My Content' view. These items can only be found when using the Python API, however not all users know what that is or how to use it.
The item pages exist and are visible if the item ID is taken from the Python API results then pasted to the end of the basic item URL. e.g. https://<insert myorgansistation name>/home/item.html?id=<paste item id here>
Can it be configured to show all items no matter the type in the 'Content' section so that users can change shares, ownership, categories, tags or delete these items.
