I would like to see a new function added to the ArcGIS API for Python. It would allow a programmer to determine the credit usage per user in portal (AGOL or Portal).
What I would envision in modified or new functionality is:
- Function that allows for an accounting of credit usage in storage per user
- Allow for specifying the username the same as in CreditManager.allocate()
- Allow for date range the same as in CreditManager.credit_usage()
