It would be desirable if the new “Offset” animation feature included the option to display a line between the location of a point feature and the display of the associated symbol, with a specified offset. Ideally, this line would also be drawn dynamically during the animation. However, an initial adequate solution would be to draw the line only when playback is turned off and the manual option is turned on.
