Administrators can define unique value lists for fields of hosted feature services, in order to simplify data entry and maintain data integrity. This is useful, but it appears there is a gap in capabilities. The only way to create the list is to manually enter the codes and values one by one. There is no way (that I can find) to import the picklist. Manual input is ok if one has only a handful of values, but not really practical for a large set.
So, the idea is to provide a capability to import the list from another table or data source.
