The idea is to obtain detailed logs on the usage of hosted services in ArcGIS Online. This should include:
- Response time
- Client ID (AGOL subscription) and/or client IP
- Spatial extent of queries
- Main Parameters of queries
Ideally, the logs should provide granular insights to effectively monitor and analyze how hosted services are being used—similar to what is possible with ArcGIS Enterprise, as described here:

The current AGOL usage reports lack the necessary level of detail for in-depth analysis and monitoring.
