I'm currently building my first app with the Experience Builder. I would like to implement my company's corporate design by using a specific uniform color in the design of the app. So I adjusted the primary color to get the header and widget icons in that color. So that the buttons of the zoom switches also appear in this color, I have also given the light color the same color. This is how I get Green buttons with black icons on them. This has the consequence that the tooltips of the widgets switches are displayed in black on black and are therefore no longer legible. I would now like to implement the button of the search widget in the desired green with a black icon in order to comply with the corporate design. However, the Experience Builder does not offer me this option. If I go the opposite way and create the green button with white icons, I need to set the dark color setting to white. Unfortunately, this has the disadvantage that white text appears on a white background in the search field. So as I rotate it, I don't get a consistent color scheme as a result. My idea is therefore to add more options for color design. Widget button, icon colors, map widget button colors and font colors etc. should be set individually.

Hi @Vorstaedter,

This new feature has been released on October 2025 ArcGIS Online.

Please follow the steps:

1. Click "Theme" on the left sidebar.
2. Upgrade to the new theme: select one of the new themes and then click "OK".
3. Click "Customize" at the bottom.
4. Under the "Color" tab, go to "Interactive element", then modify the color in the "Default" section.
