I would like to offer an enhancement request for the Web Map Viewer Beta (for ArcGIS Online and for Portal). My users would like to have the option to be able to enable popups for all layers in a web map with one click. Currently users would have to go into each layer and enable popups one by one. The most ideal solution would be to have toggle switch at the top of layers that would enable all pop ups.
