We using distributed collaboration to sync data by copy only from ArcGIS Enterprise to ArcGIS Online. This requires enabling sync for the layers on the ArcGIS Enterprise side. We have discovered that for the sync to work correctly the edit tracking and GlobalID fields have to be included in the view that is being synced otherwise the sync will fail. We are syncing the data to ArcGIS Online to share it with the public and we would like to not include those fields in what the public can see.
We would like to be able to sync the data without those fields or at least disable access to those fields in ArcGIS Online in a way that survives future syncs. We do not want to just hide the fields, but make sure that even the Rest API is not providing those fields.
