Since it is possible to share an Experience Builder template in a distributed collaboration, it should then also be possible for an organization participating in this collaboration and receiving the template to create a new ExB from it. Otherwise, what would be the point?
We would like to be able to use this principle precisely to allow our organizations to create their ExBs from a template shared among organizations in this way.
This concerns AGOL and ArcGIS Enterprise.
