I have a chart in an ExB whose bars display categories of data. The data used in this chart comes from a feature layer which updates (truncate then append records) every few minutes. However, the chart data does not update without users refreshing the webpage itself. So the data in the chart gets stale. Esri needs to find method that allows the chart to update regularly without users needing to do a webpage refresh.
