Attachment Viewer- Render Panoramic Photos as 360° Photos

Hi Esri, 

We currently have a series of panoramic photos as attachments and need to render these as 360° photos (not stretched images, example below) in attachment viewer. As more organizations turn to GoPro or other 360° image capture solutions this will a needed functionality.
