ArcGIS Online- Hosted Feature Layer Views- Add filtering capability

Hello AGOL Team,

We recently discovered the need for filtering functionality when creating new Hosted Feature Layer Views

. For example, we have two hosted feature layers that we'd like to join and summarize but are stuck summarizing the entire dataset. We would like to have the ability to filter this dataset using an expression builder to 'Current Year', and have the join dynamically summarize off that.

Please consider this enhancement, as I'm sure our organization is not the only one who may need this.
