ArcGIS.com Export to Feature Collection Should Support SQL Filter

I would like to create the equivelant of a SQL Spatial View via ArcGIS.com Feature Services.  I can get close, but ultimately would like to be able to filter by attribute to define the where clause for the Feature Service replica.

I know I can do via REST API but would like to not expose data at feature service level.

I agree. Having the ability to publish Spatial Views to ArcGIS Online would be immensely helpful. Any workarounds?
