Currently, the Content tab automatically defaults to sorting items by "Date Modified." Many users prefer alternative sorting methods, such as sorting by Title alphabetically. Having to manually change the sort dropdown every single time you navigate to the Content tab creates repetitive, unnecessary clicks and disrupts regular workflows and is very annoying.
There should be a way to choose which method you would like it to default the sorting to.
