The Collaboration Coordinator capability is still assigned at the role level, so it applies across all of an organization's partnered collaborations at once. There's no way to scope it to a single collaboration. A user with the capability can manage every partnered collaboration in the org, even if they only own one.
For orgs running multiple partnered collaborations across different teams or clients, this means either over-permissioning users or keeping admins as the bottleneck for coordinator assignment.
Request: Let the Collaboration Coordinator capability be assigned per collaboration, not just per role — so admins can designate distinct coordinators for distinct collaborations.
