Currently, ArcGIS Online administrators can allocate allowed credits budget for analysis tasks of each member. It would be more beneficial, if we can set the limit for storage as well.
The use case:
- Currently, our users can publish data of any size to our organization, and admins need to check this manually. Sometimes, it lead to negative credits.
- Sometimes, users are not aware and they publish large datasets e.g. parcels of an entire country to ArcGIS Online and this leads to unexpected, high consumption of credits for storage.
The idea: If admins can set the storage budget limit, it will prevent these issues where users will receive an error message that they do not have enough credits, please contact the administrator.
