We want to give our staff the opportunity to upload files to ArcGIS Online, but with limits on the size of the data they upload since it's easy for staff to accidentally upload larger files that use up storage credits. We have an Enterprise Portal as well, but we use that for other purposes (prefer our staff use ArcGIS Online) and have limits on file storage there too.
We would be good with either file upload size caps per person and/or per role, or with just having credit budgeting apply to file storage.
