Alert when users publish new content

Please consider a way to notify administrators when users publish new content in AGOL

An example email that ESRI could automatically send to us:

Subject: John Doe published a new item to AGOL

Content:

John Doe published a new layer called "New York Parks" and shared it to the public.  The item can be viewed at arcgis.com/itemID

Yes please! I have just updated a feature layer at the request of my line manager and there appears to be no way I can send a link, or notification of the name of the file. It seems like all I can do is let the layer sit there until someone discovers it, or take a screenshot and email it around.

Am I missing something completely obvious?
