AGOL: Collapse Categories by Default

In AGOL if you enable Categories: 

in your My Content you get this: 

The Categories is expanded by Default. What I'm trying to do is scroll down into here: 

but what happens is I instead scroll thru all the categories. 

What I want to see when I go to My Content is this: 

Everything collapsed.
