Add new layer within an existing hosted feature layer in AGOL without using code

I have a hosted feature layer I created on AGOL with several layers within that for points, lines & polygons. I would like to add a new layer (not a field) without using the Rest API. There doesn't seem to be an easy option for this, but to me it seems like it should be a simple function to have embedded within AGOL.
