Add a custom control for the 'Sort items by' for AGOL Homepage Maps

It would be super helpful if you could use a 'Custom Sort' for the order of the maps that appear on the AGOL Homepage instead of just based on Title, Owner, Date Modified, or View Count. Sometimes important maps get 'demoted' lower on the homepage screen or moved into the gallery which can be confusing to some users. It would be nice have the ability to select specific maps AND customize the order of those maps so that they don't change order over time. 

My apologies if this idea has already been suggested or if that option already exists and I'm just not seeing it.
