Ability to Dock Map Viewer Pop-Up by Default

It would be amazing if we were able to configure map viewer/experience builder to dock a map's pop-up by default.

You can set the dock position when configuring the Map in Experience Builder.  We do store it under the app cache when you choose to dock in Map Viewer but we don't write this into the web map yet because it is not part of our shared web map spec.
