I have been using ArcGIS Dveloper Plan - Essentials - with my credit card and a monthly bill for some additional usage.
I understand there has been some changes, and these have seem to have had a knock on effect to my content that I was not expecting and I am not unable to make any changes to storymaps.
From reading the FAQ on the migration to ArcGIS Platform, I cannot spot any mention of this and it mentions content will be migrated seamlessly.
To replicate:
This happens for all of my storymaps that I created in the account and have also confirmed with someone else that this also happens within their Developer Plan.
As I am on Essentials plan, I am unable to generate support tickets, hence this post.
Can someone please let me know how to rectify this so that I can edit my story maps?
Anyone else getting this? I have replicated in 2 plans.
