Obtaining token for ESRI landscape3 map layers

Can somebody please explain exactly what I need to do here:  https://landscape3.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/login

I go to www.arcgis.com and log in.  Where do I enter the given string in the "Webpapp URL" parameter.  Where is that parameter input box located?
