Hello! Im gonna help my friend develop his website map application, wich basically consists on putting stuff on the map. I dont have much experience using web-arcgis, only used the windows executables, but have a general idea.
I also have years of experience building php systems for clients using several frameworks. So what we are going to need as we see it, is a userdatabase, for storing users that can put things on the map, wich is stored in a video\photo\article-table on the database. Thats if, Im going to have to write all I need from scratch.
I have found arcgis toolsets here, and drag and drop to map-tools, and pretty much think Im gonna find what I need, but I wanted to ask if someone could give me any tips, if there maybe exists solutions already I can use or build upon instead of inventing the wheel again.
