We came across with a vulnerability in a server 2008 R2 pointing to this dll. I have learned as a requirement to use this software it requires the installation of MSXML 6.0 and not MSXML 4.0.... Could it be that MSXML 4.0 was used in previous version of ArGIS.
I am trying to remove MSXML 4.0; I believe anything else in this machine will not be effected. ArGIS License Manager 10 present in machine
