I can't fill "VAT ID" field in Account Settings->Payment methods->Billing Address on developers.arcgis.com profile. After typing VAT ID (for Poland it has 10 digits) and accepting with "Modify payment method" this field stays empty.
Is there any way to receive or print an invoice (with address and VAT ID) for payment for developer plan?
